The Ministry of Education and Ministry of Religious Affairs, 19th October morning, held a Walkathon Event in conjunction with the 35th Teachers' Day Celebration 2025. Conducted by the Department of Co-Curricular Education, the event took place at Taman Mahkota Jubli Emas, Bandar Seri Begawan.

The Walkathon was flagged off by Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Setia Doctor Dayang Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Md Salleh, Minister of Education. The 3-kilometre walkathon began and ended at Taman Mahkota Jubli Emas. Also held were the Fun Sports Event in conjunction with National Family Day 2025 and various attractive activities as well as health screenings, with the aim of benefiting participants in terms of health and well-being.
